Ben Lake MP

Ben Lake has represented the rural constituency of Ceredigion in west Wales since 2017, and is currently the youngest MP in Wales. He is the Plaid Cymru spokesperson for many portfolios including the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. He is vice-chairman of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Upland Farming and was a member of the Public Bill Committee responsible for scrutinising the UK's Agriculture Bill in the 2017-19 Parliament.

Ben is proud to be a member of the APPG on Geographically Protected Foods and fully supports its mission to promote and protect the foods that have shaped and built our culture and communities, including in particular PGI foods in Wales, including Welsh Lamb, Welsh Beef and West Wales Coracle Caught Sewin.
